The infographic “Qatar Welcomes You,” which recently went viral on social media, was not published by the Supreme Committee or any other official authority, according to a statement from the Supreme Committee for Delivery and Legacy (SC). It also featured inaccurate information.
The SC statement read:

A graphic titled “Qatar Welcomes You” has been making the rounds on social media, however it is not from an official source and it contains false information. We firmly advise spectators and guests to only rely on authorized sources from the event’s organizers when seeking travel guidance for the upcoming FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022.
The FIFA World Cup 2022 (Q22), the Supreme Committee for Delivery & Legacy, and FIFA will soon release a comprehensive fan guide that questions a lot of the information being spread.
Everyone is invited to travel to Qatar and take part in the FIFA World Cup 2022, according to the event’s organizers, who have made this plain from the beginning.
