The Public Gardens Department has organised a number of events as part of the 1mn tree planting initiative, where the Hilton Resort and Residency Complex at Salwa Beach planted 500 tree seedlings from the department.
Larsen & Toubro Company Limited also took part, planting some trees as part of the initiative.
Such events are part of the partnership between the Public Gardens Department and the various entities and organisations in the country as part of the 1mn tree planting initiative.
