As part of the “Qatar 2022 A Joy for All” campaign, Minister of Social Development and Family H E Mariam bint Ali bin Nasser Al Misnad welcomed a group of excellent student fans.
Her Excellency was presented with a memento during the audience by a standout Rohingya student in recognition of the State of Qatar’s concern to the needs of refugees and displaced people as it prepares to host the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022.
Qatar launched the “Qatar 2022 Joy for All” initiative in areas of conflicts and displacement, where it established centres dedicated to displaced fans and refugees in a number of countries, including Palestine, Jordan, Sudan, Iraq, Lebanon, Yemen, Turkiye, Bangladesh and other countries within the “Qatar 2022 Joy for All” initiative.
