Al-Hour emphasized during his presentation that the creation of laws and regulations governing the workplace has resulted in an open labor market with fair competition, noting that this will increase the level of competition in the workplace between businesses and lead to the creation of numerous job opportunities.
He also pointed out that Qatar’s hiring procedure has evolved, beginning with the creation of work chances and an emphasis on the nation’s religious and cultural awareness.
Al-Hour asserts that this will benefit all parties involved, including the business, the employee, and the economy as a whole. He also praised the quick technological advancements that all State ministries had seen and their influence on the expansion of the commercial sector.
