No security incidents at FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022, says Nasser Al Khater
The FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022 organizers promised a remarkable and secure event. And it actually worked out that way, with no incidents of any significant security incident.
Nasser Al Khater, the CEO of FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022, emphasized that the preparations made by the security authorities ensured that there were no security issues during the tournament. Speaking to Alkass TV, he continued, “It was a safe and family-friendly tournament that brought cultures from all over the world together.”
All previous World Cups did not see four matches being played in one city or one region, and this was one of the most difficult challenges that faced the Committee, Al Khater said.
