Hayya service centre for World Cup ticketholders to open on Oct 1
On Saturday, October 1, 2022, the Supreme Committee for Delivery & Legacy (SC) will establish a Hayya service center to help visitors to this year’s FIFA World Cup Qatar.
The service center, which is situated at Ali Bin Hamad Al Attiyah Arena, will offer in-person assistance to fans with questions regarding their Hayya Cards.
At the facility, fans can print their cards as well. Until January 23, 2023, the center will be open from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. on weekdays and from 2 p.m. to 10 p.m. on Fridays.
The Hayya Card is mandatory for all FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022 ticketholders. It will provide access to stadiums and free public transport on match days during tournament time. The Hayya Card will also act as an entry permit to Qatar for international fans.
Saeed Al Kuwari, Hayya Operations Director, SC, said: “Thousands of fans have successfully applied for their Hayya Card, with the vast majority enjoying a smooth application process. The service centre will provide issue resolution for fans – both in the lead-up to the tournament and during the entire World Cup.”
Hayya Card applications can be made online or via the ‘Hayya to Qatar 2022’ mobile application, which is available via the iOS App Store, Google Play and Huwaei App Gallery. Applicants must have a valid match ticket number and upload their personal details, passport photograph and accommodation information.
