30 days to Qatar 2022
The inaugural Middle East and Arab World FIFA World Cup, which will be held in Qatar in 2022, is one month away.
By having eight cutting-edge stadiums prepared to host 64 games between November 20 and December 18, Qatar has shown that it is prepared to host the “greatest World Cup ever.” On November 20, Qatar and Ecuador will play their opening match at the 60,000-seat Al Bayt Stadium. On December 18, Qatar National Day, the Lusail Stadium will host the championship game.
Since the stadiums are only an hour apart, spectators can attend more than one game in a single day. In addition, a number of infrastructures have been developed or modified to guarantee a stress-free and pleasurable tournament, including the rail system, road networks, hotels, apartments, and airports.
During the competition, organizers anticipate that 1.2 million spectators will travel to Qatar.
