Through dance and music, Triplets Ghetto Kids spreads good vibes in Qatar visit

On social media a few months ago, the well-known Ugandan dance troupe Triplets Ghetto Kids posted their own advertisement for the forthcoming FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022.

The ensemble performed to Hayya Hayya (Better Together), starring Trinidad Cardona, Davido, and Aisha, which served as the tournament’s official soundtrack.

The Triplets Ghetto Kids are seen waving a banner that reads “FIFA WORLD CUP Qatar 2022” in the clip, which was posted on June 6, 2022. The group portrayed two teams and a referee in what appeared to be a furious football battle. The band expressed their desire to take the stage during the opening ceremony of the largest football event in Doha this year in the caption of the video posted to social media.

The Triplets Ghetto Kids have just lately arrived in Doha. The gang posted a video of their visit to one of the World Cup stadiums in Qatar while decked out in the colors of the national team.

The group wrote on Instagram, “DAY 1: Our Joy in Doha, Qatar,”

The Triplets Ghetto Kids revealed on Instagram stories their travels to several locations in Doha and how happy they were to be there. They went to the Souq Waqif, 3-2-1 Qatar Olympic and Sports Museum, and Doha Quest during their trip.

Naturally, the ever-active band did not miss the opportunity to play in Doha’s Sheraton Grand Hotel and Pearl Island’s famed Qanat Quarter, where they were hosted by Qatar Tourism. Following the band’s arrival in Qatar, their social media following increased even further.

The Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) The Triplets Ghetto Kids is situated in Kampala, Uganda. The group was established in 2013 when a video of them dancing to Sytia Loss by Eddy Kenzo garnered more than 8 million views in a matter of weeks on YouTube and other social media. The ensemble has performed in numerous nations in the past, most recently in the United States of America last month.

The Triplets Ghetto Kids are on a mission to use song, dance, and theater to assist underprivileged, street, and orphan children in obtaining education, healthcare, housing, food, and clothing.
