The message was delivered during yesterday’s meeting between the Special Envoy of the Somali President for Humanitarian Affairs and the Drought, H E Abdirahman Abdishakur Warsame, and the Secretary-General of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, H E Dr. Ahmed bin Hassan Al Hammadi.
