QU opens application for student financial aid services
For undergraduate students who are having trouble paying for their education, Qatar University (QU) has announced the opening of applications for student financial aid programs for the autumn 2022 semester. On August 21, the first application period opened and will end on September 1.
During this time, university students who meet the requirements can apply for monthly aid services, transportation fee exemptions, emergency aid, and financial aid programs funded by foreign institutions.
The Jassim and Hamad Bin Jassim Charitable Foundation offers a rewards program and a university student support program, the Nama Social Centre offers the Tamkeen program, the Afif Charitable Foundation offers the Siraj program, and the Seashore Group offers the group’s educational financial aid program. These are the external institutions that are involved.
The second time frame is from September 11 to September 22. This includes the opportunity to apply for a monthly assistance program, a waiver of transportation costs, emergency financial assistance, payment of tuition and university housing costs paid for by the university, and the rewards program of the Jassim and Hamad bin Jassim Charitable Foundation.
