Qatar Airways unveils new Frequent Flyer Lounge at London Heathrow Terminal 4

The World’s Best Airline, Qatar Airways, improves the travel experience for passengers at London Heathrow Terminal 4 and introduces the first-ever frequent flyer lounge outside of Qatar Airways’ home country, which is reserved only for Privilege Club members and oneworld alliance partners.

The Frequent Flyer lounge is located in Terminal 4 and is just one floor below the Premium Lounge. It is accessible to Qatar Airways Privilege Club members as well as other oneworld Alliance loyalty members and other business partners like British Airways Executive Club members. The lounge has a view of the tarmac and has contemporary decor. Customers that qualify can choose from a menu that includes a hot and cold buffet option and a variety of beverages.

Qatar Airways’ Premium Lounge in Terminal 4, the very first in the airline’s global network, has also recently reopened its doors to Qatar Airways First and Business Class passengers. The premium lounge boasts of elegant seating areas, tarmac views, a martini bar, a dedicated family area, prayer room and diverse dining options including a full buffet and an à la carte menu served to fine dining standards at the brasserie and casual dining at the Global Deli.

Further elevating the customer experience in London Heathrow, Qatar Airways has dedicated a new enclosed Premium Check-in Area exclusively for its First and Business Class customers. Within the check-in lobby area, customers are invited to lounge in a haven of tranquillity with refreshing beverages while check-in formalities are completed. With Boarding card and fast track invitation in hand, customers can arrive at our lounge with ample time to spare before boarding their flight.

The national airline of the State of Qatar is expanding its network in response to the rising demand for international travel, offering flights to more than 150 locations around the world through its hub in Doha, Hamad International Airport, which Skytrax named the “World’s Best Airport” for the second year in a row. With the help of Qatar Airways, customers from the UK now have easier access to a variety of locations on the airline’s extensive worldwide network, such as Australia, Thailand, India, the Maldives, and the Philippines.
